The Oxnard PAL Office is located behind the old Oxnard High School Gymnasium, 350 S. K Street, Oxnard (between Second St. and Fifth St.). The gym and surrounding buildings also serve as the site of PAL’s new Youth Resource Center (now open), near the corner of Fifth and “K” Streets.
